Midorj Hair Jewels accessories do not undergo galvanic treatments so they can tarnish in contact with alkalis, detergents and sweat and are afraid of humidity.

For pieces decorated in epoxy resin, it is advisable to avoid abrasion or rubbing which could dull or damage it.

Silver and bronze are considered “living metals” as they react with the PH of the skin and can cause the appearance of a slight greenish halo on the skin, which disappears after thorough washing with soap and water (therefore it should not be considered an allergic reaction).

Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes and disinfectants as much as possible on areas in contact with the metal.

For cleaning we recommend the use of natural products that respect the environment. Dilute lemon in water or create a mixture of equal parts water, ammonia and vinegar. Alternatively, it is always possible to use specific chemical detergents for polishing metals. Gently scrub the piece, rinse it in cold water and dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.

Store your Midorj Hair Jewels in a dry place.

Most of the accessories are malleable and ergonomic, but be careful not to force too much, or to widen and tighten with force because they could break.
